Mission Statement

Allaya is committed to providing quality care for all children including children with special needs. Greater Hartford's only 24 hour day is licensed by the Connecticut Department of Public Health.  Allaya offers a unique educational program which includes safety and sign language and is approved for Care 4 Kids vouchers.

 Our Founder

Judith Burchell RN, BSN started Allaya Day six years ago and has established it as the only 24 hour day care in the Greater Hartford area. Judith is a Registered Nurse and is committed to the well being of children of all ages. She is also the mother of a special needs child and her dedication to helping others is unmatched. Judith works tirelessly to offer the care and nurturing needed to help all children lead normal and productive lives.
